Alma Ford

Alma is largely a self-taught watercolor artist. She had periodically explored painting and drawing over the years and retirement as a classroom teacher provided the time to attend classes and workshops. She most often paints nature. Choosing a closeup view of a floral allows for focus on shape and color. She feels the unique behavior of watercolor to be the most satisfying of all other media.
Her work can be seen at  PVAA’s Gallery SOHO as well as member exhibits of the Pomona Valley Art Association, Associated Artists of the Inland Empire and Chaffey Community Museum of Art .
